  Made reservations, got there on time, service was so slow, over an hr. waiting for food after ordering, forgot our drinks, then after asking again they only brought half them. The sad part is, the same thing happened last year at this time. Last yr. 20 disappointed people, this year 12 people left frustrated, not sure who owns or runs the place, but it sure is giving this chain a bad name. We wont be back, I'll go to Guelph first. Rates one star because it wouldn't let me go ant lower

  Worked here for 8 months, the manager underpaid coworkers a couple times, their pasta is half cooked and sits in a fridge for several days before being served. Pizza is fairly good, recommend the spicy pierogi.

  My burger was pink on the inside. The mushrooms werent cooked. I was told it would be ready for pick up (delivery not available... again) in 25 minutes and once I got there it took 25 more minutes to get my food. The salad is drowned in dressing (and I'm not one to complain about extra dressing). Last time I went to sit in the waitress didn't even acknowledge us for 15 minutes, then took another 10 to take our order. This isn't the first time I've ordered from Boston pizza but their crappy service has driven me here to make a bad review to show everyone else how bad it is. Waiters and waitresses are nice and friendly (if you don't get the one who manhandles your food) but the management stand around when they're busy and the kitchen staff always seem slow and inconsistent. My wife and her friend went for lunch and were even served chicken that was completely pink on the inside. The service and quality from the time it opened seem to be exponentially in decline.

  We come here all the time and the food is great but when it is busy, you really need more servers. The service really lacks and I feel bad for how overwhelmed the servers are. And get somersby!! Which is on the menu but you never have it.

  Food was good and well prepared, that said our table waited for 35min for our appetizer (plate of nachos). restaurant was not super busy. Apps should only take 15min. Our food followed in good time. They just have to speed up the service. I noticed this going on for other tables as well.
