  Quite often my wife and I enjoy dinning out. After visiting her grandparents in Fergus we decided to stoll through the downtown. We browsed through some windows and were intrigued by the menu and unique atmosphere. We were greeted by Chef Allan, seated, and served our drinks recommended to compliment our meal. As we sometimes struggle to decide on what we want to eat off a menu, we enjoyed the idea of his set dinner menu for the evening. The 3 course meal was prepared in front of us as we were tempted to reach over and steal a taste. The presentation of each course was beautiful with each bite satisfying. This unique fine dinning experience Exceeded our Expectations and was worth way more than our bill. Chef Allan is talented, creative, and humble. I strongly recommend putting his unique dinning experience into your rotation as we have.

  The Kitchen by Gancena is truly a gem and definitely worth the drive to Fergus. The food is very unique and absolutely excellent and reason-ability price and just a great place to dine . I will definitely go back.

  Everything I've tried from My Kitchen has been superb. Because he's a one-man-show (it's His Kitchen after all) he's been caught busy cooking and serving when I've called in for take-out orders, but I always get a prompt call back as soon as he is free, and dishes prepared in a timely manner. Highly recommended!
